School of Sailing offers a unique alternative for the adventurous spirit who
seeks a fully involved “Learn to Sail Experience”. Start your Sailing Lessons Adventure with us in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill area on Jordan Lake.
In a few days time you’ll learn everything you need to know to sail and safely handle sailboats 12-20 feet in length.
In no time at all, you’ll be ready to join us in New Bern, the colonial capital of
North Carolina. At the New Bern Grand Marina, you’ll move up to the world of
keelboats 20-36 feet in length. In our Coastal Cruising and Bareboat Charter
courses, you’ll live aboard our boats while learning to sail with confidence on
the open but protected waters of the Neuse River and Pamlico Sound.
